Decision Infrastructure for Leadership Teams
We decode how your leaders make decisions, then translate it into your company's operational DNA.
Every leader decides differently. Most companies have never mapped how. We make it visible, then build it into how your company runs.
The Problem
Think about your last big initiative.
How many people had to weigh in before it moved? Not how many should have. How many actually did?
When no one owns the decision, everyone owns the delay.
It's rarely a disagreement about strategy. Each of your leaders decides differently, and no one has ever translated between them.
The Root Cause
Can your leaders tell you how the person next to them actually decides?
Most tools tell you who your leaders are and how they take action. We map how they decide.
Not their title or their type. How they decide.
We call it a Natural Operating System (NOS): how each leader is wired to decide and do their best work. We map it for every person on your team, then build it into how the company operates.
What Indecision Costs
Deciding is the most expensive thing your leaders do.
of executives and senior managers say their meetings are unproductive and don't lead to a decision.
of organizations say they're good at making decisions.
of executives' time is spent making decisions, and most consider it wasted.

Run the math on your own team.
Do you know what indecision is costing your business a year?
Time the team spends in meetings that end without a decision.
$259,600 a year
That's $1,082/hr for every hour your leadership team spends not deciding.
That's 11.5% of your leadership team's total pay, spent not deciding.
Based on 2,080 working hours per year and a 48-week year to account for holidays and PTO. For context: Bain found one weekly meeting was costing a company $15M/year (Bain & Company, 2014). Shopify canceled 12,000 meetings, then built a calculator to price each one (Shopify, 2023).
How It Works
Three steps. Built to stick after we leave.
Assessment
A short assessment and a one-on-one interview with each leader.
Translation
A half-day workshop where the team learns to read each other.
Integration
We weave it into how your team already works, and refine it as it takes hold.
The Outcomes
What changes, and when.
What to expect once the team is in sync.
3 months
Shared decision language adopted. Clear ownership of who decides what.
6 months
Measurable drop in meeting time. Decisions escalate to the right person, faster.
12 months
It's simply how your team works. No one has to hold it in place.

FAQ
Questions leaders ask us
What makes this different?
We start with an assessment, but we don't stop there. Knowing how your leaders decide is only useful if it changes how decisions get made. So we build it into how your business runs, and it keeps working long after we leave.
Does this replace the tools we already use?
No. Most leadership teams already have an assessment or two and a way of running the business. We work alongside them, adding the layer they don't cover: how each leader actually decides, and how those decisions move through the team.
How much of our leaders' time does it take?
Very little. Each leader does a 10-minute assessment and a 30-minute interview, then the team joins a half-day workshop together. Follow-up is as needed.
How long does an engagement run?
Six to twelve months. Insieme works as a lab, not a one-time workshop. We test, measure, and refine as your team integrates it, and we can stay on as the team grows or changes.
What size team do you work with?
Every engagement is scoped to the team. We work with full C-suites and with the leadership teams of individual divisions or business units.
Is this in person or remote?
Both. Most of the work happens remotely, and key sessions, like the team workshop, happen in person.
Who sees each leader's profile?
Every leader reviews their own profile first. Then it's shared with the rest of the leadership team, because the value comes from everyone understanding how the people around them decide.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped to the team. We'll ask a few questions about the size of your leadership team and your goals. We'll walk you through it on a 30-minute call.
